Role: SPS ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible to assist between 3rd party sellers and amazon via call or mail.
  • Should be able to execute the tasks given to you on a daily basis.
  • Able to coordinate with your manager when your work is delayed or blocked.
  • should know to communicate in English and Hindi
  • should report to the development team regarding any issues you face with the help of tools.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream with 0-10 years of experience.

Skills required: 

  • Good English in Written and verbal communications.
  • Able to manage rotational shifts

Other requirements: 

  • No unplanned leaves are allowed during the first 4 months.
  • you should be able to use a desktop or laptop with an internet browser, ms-excel, windows OS, ms office.

NOTE:

As it is a permanent work-from-home job, you should have a good internet connection with a minimum of 20mbps  and mandatory to have a power back up and LAN, wifi connection with good speed. And should be able to work in a calm place.
