Job role: Business development – Sales (Trainee)

Role Summary: The company is looking for sales trainees who are good at customer-centric, who can handle hard situations, work in a competitive culture. The company will hire the persons based on their performance, which will be evaluated over 3 months.

Training: The selected candidates will be given training for 3 months

Responsibilities:

• You require calling potential customers via phone and building connections with interpersonal skills
• Pitch the product to the customers
• Must be comfortable in dialing 100 calls and a minimum of 2 hours talk time a day

Skills required:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills
• Ability to approach in any situation and handle the calls with patience

Salary: 

• Stipend during training (3 months) is INR 25000/-
• CTC after training is 4 LPA (fixed) + 4 LPA( incentives)
